Our typical process for starting a new project involves the following four stages:
1: INQUIRY
This is an initial discussion between a potential client, we will share our general skills and capabilities, and to evaluate our capabilities for the project.
For very small companies and inventors fill out the inventors questionnaire “click here “. This questionnaire will facilitate how can we assist you at the best cost for your requirements. The questionnaire is tied to include a joint non-disclosure agreement
For standard accounts, after discussion we will establish a standard joint non-disclosure agreement “to see Standard NDA click here“ to protect both of our intellectual properties during the exchange of information, should we both agree to move forward with more details about the project.
2: DISCOVERY
In this detailed meeting with members of the project, will will engage with our client to reach a full understanding of the product, the project scope and services required. Typically, this discussion involves appropriate members of your team and our Engineering Manager. Together we review the existing documentation and develop a preliminary project outline and requirement.
3: PROPOSAL / STATEMENT OF WORK
Based on information gathered in the discovery process (preliminary project outline and requirements), we will create a detailed project proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) for the project, working mutually with the client. This Statement of Work will define the project scope, activities, deliverables, schedule, costs, and proposed business terms. Working closely with you, we will create and refine a Statement of Work that will satisfy the needs of both parties.
4: KICKOFF MEETING:
Once we have reached agreement on the project, ElectroArt will assemble the required team members and resources needed to begin. Most projects require a kickoff meeting, wherein one of ElectroArt’s Project Managers will outline the full scope of the project
